These days we welcome Lucas Eichild as the new CFO of Flügger Group and as part of Group Management, where he joins Sune Schnack and Ulf Schnack. His strategic and analytical capabilities, stamina and bright mind have made him the obvious choice for the position.   Lucas has been part of Flügger for the last few years, where he has been responsible for the sale of Eskaro Group AB and our Wallpaper business, Fiona. We’re approaching the best time of the year to paint your outdoor woodwork. Including your windows! So, we have collected our five best tips for painting windows. So, you can paint like a pro! 🌦 Check Wood Moisture: Too much moisture can be problematic. Ensure the moisture level is around 12%. For guidance on measuring it, visit your local Flügger store. 🎨 Choose the Correct Paint: Use window paint for windows. It may seem obvious, but it's crucial for the best result. 🛠 Proper Preparation: A well-prepared surface ensures optimal paint performance. 🖌 Use the right tools for the best finish 👷♀️ Seek Professional Advice: If you're unsure about paint or tools, don't hesitate to consult with our experts in your local Flügger store. We've also consulted professional painters about our new Nordic Swan Ecolabelled "Wood Tex Window" paint. As you can see from the video, the feedback was very positive. In 1989 Flügger cooperated with Danish artist Poul Gernes on the colourful paint for iconic Palads Building in central Copenhagen. While we love all colours, the colours used by Poul Gernes are something special. Flügger was given this artwork as a sign of the great collaboration between Poul Gernes and Flügger on the Palads building, our factory in Kolding and other iconic buildings in Denmark. All visitors see this great exhibition of colourfulness when they enter our HQ in Rødovre.

Flügger’s Export Team is back at the iconic FAF - Farbe, Ausbau & Fassade in Köln! Flanked by our CEO, Sune Schnack. 🌟 We’re quite excited, especially since it's the first time the fair is being held since 2019. At the last fair, we met our current distributor in Bulgaria. Who knows who we'll meet this year? Not least, because our export of e.g. paint produced at our factory in Kolding, or brushes, rollers and filler from Sweden, is playing an increasingly important role with growth every year. We're ready to showcase a range of our products, including some fresh ones like the Dekso AÏR, the world’s first paint with the Astma Allergy Nordic label. We’ve also brought our new wet room system only consisting of Nordic Swan Ecolabelled products.
